Monthly Giving

Monthly giving programs permit a means for those who wish to support ongoing basic Marianists needs, specifically for:

  1. Education and personal improvement (Mary's Month)
  2. Working with aspirants (Mary's Month)
  3. Supporting Marianist seminarians (Two Hundred Club)
  4. Funding medical needs of Marianist sisters, brothers and priests. (St. Joseph's Legacy)

All gifts to The Marianists are tax-deductible.

Mary's Month: Provides for the education and development of all Marianists, especially young men and women entering the Order. On the first Saturday of every month, givers for Mary's Month are remembered in a mass.

The Two Hundred Club: Helps finance Marianists' in the U.S. and the regions sponsored by the U.S. Province-- who wish to become priests. Supporting a seminarian is a major commitment. Our sponsors are asked to pledge at least $50 per month over two years. A mass is said on the first Saturday of every month to honor the prayer intentions of these sponsors.

St. Joseph's Legacy: Helps fund the medical needs of all the Marianists, especially elderly and infirm Marianist priests, brothers, and sisters. On the first Wednesday of each month, givers for St. Joseph's Legacy are remembered in a mass.

Club giving enrollment: For more information on how to enroll, please call us toll-free, 1-800-348-4732, Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm (ET).

Alternative Investments

Benefactors can invest in innovative businesses that Marianists have helped persons in rural poor regions develop to end their poverty. Marianist brothers direct or manage these operations as they train others to build and run them.

Examples of these investments include purchasing farm animals and equipment that lead to successful agricultural ventures and small manufacturing or food processing operations. Investors receive dividends, which many choose to return to the ministries.

Please contact Father David Paul in the Development Office for more information on these options: DPaul@sm-usa.org.
